It just takes 24 hours. Within 24 hours, you can get approved, and we can get your lease ready for signing.
In accordance with New York City law, tenants are required to stay for a minimum of 30 days in a furnished apartment rental. There is a 30-day minimum for all Williamsburg Suites rentals, but we have a feeling that you will want to stay even longer.
As part of our seamless application process and to be in accordance with the law, we do require a credit and background check.
Yes! All Williamsburg Suites are equipped with high-speed internet access.
Don’t worry, we have our own in-house team to deal with any problem/issues that may arise during your stay with us. If you experience difficulties with your residence, all you have to do is call, and we will get it fixed ASAP!
No. The Williamsburg Suites apartments are strictly non-smoking. This includes, but is not limited to: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, or drugs of any kind. To provide our visitors with a healthy and relaxing environment, The Williambsurg Suites are drug-free spaces, and breaking this rule may result in early termination of your stay and forfeiting the remainder of that month’s rent.
We can’t change how unpredictable your life can be, but we CAN make dealing with it easier. Need to adjust your stay? No problem! Just give us a minimum of 30 days' notice, and your lease will be updated to meet your new move-in/out needs. Please note, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for all cancellations.
The apartments are thoroughly cleaned once every two weeks by The Williamsburg Suites’ team. We make sure your kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are as sparkly clean as the first day you saw them. This includes changing linens and towels. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged during your stay.
You are expected to move out at, or by 11:00 AM on the last day of your lease. Upon leaving, please take all belongings with you; this includes: clothes, toiletries, groceries, and trash. Unless you are told otherwise by your Resident Manager, simply leave your key inside the bedroom when you leave.
We accept most major credit cards, cashier’s checks, personal checks, wire transfers, and e-checks.

Move in time is after 3pm. Move out time is 11 a.m. If you need to make special arrangements, just let us know and we will do anything we can to accommodate your request.
